The transformation of the 'Manpower Blueprint, Economic Blueprint' and 'Social Blueprint' in a more effective, efficient, progressive and dynamic manner was among those touched upon by Yang Berhormat Pehin Orang Kaya Johan Pahlawan Dato Seri Setia Awang Haji Adanan bin Begawan Pehin Siraja Khatib Dato Seri Setia Haji Mohd Yusuf in his Motion for Royal Speech.

Yang Berhormat said by creating a more resilient and progressive transformation policy, it is certainly capable of generating spin-off as well as  multiplier effects and subsequently have a significant impact on expanding and further stimulating the diversity of business and industrial activities including the Downstream Industry in the country.
